Hello, Just wanted to give some feedback on customer service.

Thank you very much to Alitia who has been a pleasure to deal with and has removed the pressure off me by giving great advice on your corporate range when I first called - I can't tell you how relieved I was to get a friendly voice over the phone making the task of finding the right coffee machine easier - at the time it was chaos in my team and just having someone help meant alot. Also a big thanks to Tony, who also provided great advice and service and for both of you for putting up with the staff here in IT when doing the numerous demos! So far so good, I've moved up to level 25, which has one of the machines and love using it every morning!
