In January we bought a Coffee Factory and I would just like to let you know it was the best purchase we've ever made.

We've sold 30000 cups of coffee in six months and its been so popular we've recently installed another machine! The machine is so easy to use and maintain and produces great coffee. Customer feedback is that we can now "give the local Cafes a run for their money".

The ongoing after sales service has also been of a very high standard. All the Cafe Corporate staff are a pleasure to deal with and we are always impressed with how promptly our consumables arrive... usually the same day! So a BIG thanks to everyone at Cafe Corporate, keep up the good work and we look forward to a long and successful business relationship!

Hello, Just wanted to give some feedback on customer service.

Thank you very much to Alitia who has been a pleasure to deal with and has removed the pressure off me by giving great advice on your corporate range when I first called - I can't tell you how relieved I was to get a friendly voice over the phone making the task of finding the right coffee machine easier - at the time it was chaos in my team and just having someone help meant alot. Also a big thanks to Tony, who also provided great advice and service and for both of you for putting up with the staff here in IT when doing the numerous demos! So far so good, I've moved up to level 25, which has one of the machines and love using it every morning!
